We have selected the very best Assam and African teas produced in the traditional ‘orthodox’ way where the leaves are rolled to release the colour and flavour. It has an inviting bright colour in the cup and a full, rich flavour.
Use a warmed teapot and add one teaspoon of tea per person and an extra ‘one for the pot’. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 4-5 minutes. Serve with or without milk to taste.
