Caffè Bianchi is committed to protecting your privacy online. All orders placed on our site are protected by the highest level of encryption and cannot be viewed or altered as your information travels to our secure server. Credit card transactions are not processed by any third-party financial institution. Caffè Bianchi does not sell or share names, credit card data, or any personal information with any other third party. Any information shared with Caffè Bianchi will be the sole possession of Caffè Bianchi and will be used for Caffè Bianchi purposes only.
Customer Security
Protecting our cusomers' confidential information is a priority for us. When you place an order online with Caffè Bianchi , we collect your name, contact information, billing address and shipping addresses, credit card information, and email address, which are automatically transferred "secure socket layer" (SSL) technology. This information is encrypted and is not accessible to anyone else online. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about it. Your order is then processed internally; no one but our order processors will have access to your information. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. By using our Web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by us for processing and shipping purposes only.
Quality Guarantee
We are confident that our customers will find the quality of our coffee products to be second to none. However, if a shipment arrives damaged, we will gladly rectify the matter to your satisfaction.
Payment Methods
Our shopping cart system accepts payment using Visa and MasterCard. If you prefer not to pay for your purchase by credit card, we also accept direct bank deposit. With this method of payment, you must allow clearance time by our bank before we can ship your order. All prices listed are in Australian dollars. If items you order are out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you by phone and/or email, and your payment will not be processed.
Coffee, Tea and Chocolate Powder purchases do not attract the Goods and Services Tax.
Postage and Handling Charges
Shipping charges will vary dependant on the type of delivery option chosen by the customer. International shipping charges are limited to select countries. We will contact you directly if there are additional shipping charges due. This may occur due to weight or interstate delivery variations that Australia Post or Couriers may apply. Caffè Bianchi also reserves the right to include additional charges for insurance on all non-perishable items.
Caffè Bianchi is committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and total satisfaction. We promise you the highest quality. For return authorization or questions about your order, please call our Office at +61-2-9569 1671 between normal business hours (9:00am and 5:30pm AEST, Monday through Friday) or send an e-mail to and please allow for a 12- to 24-hour response.

Refunds or credits will be provided in the case of spoilage, spillage, damage, or an error on our part. Full credit for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned package (see [1] and [2]). All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Any and all shipping costs cannot be refunded.
